Society Name Badge
The PSGS name badge is available for sale to members. It’s dark green plastic, 1” x 3” with white engraving. The Society logo is on the left, “Puget Sound Genealogical Society” is on the bottom, and your first name is above and last name under in the right portion. When ordering, please select one of the four choices below for the attachment device:
If you would like one, please download and complete the form, bring it and your check payable to PSGS, to the next monthly membership meeting. We expect to place our order with the vendor following our monthly meeting, and have the finished badges ready to distribute at the next monthly meeting. If you are unable to attend the monthly meeting and would like to order yours, please download and complete the order form, bring it and your check to the Genealogy Center or mail to PSGS, 1301 Sylvan Way, Bremerton, WA 98310.
