Mission: The Education Committee’s mission is to provide the tools and techniques to help people discover facts about their ancestors.
Purpose: The Education Committee is responsible for planning classes and other educational opportunities to help families research their family history. The members of this committee coordinate and plan educational events that meet the needs of all levels from beginners to more experienced researchers.
Schedule: Classes are planned for the 1st Tuesday and 4th Saturday of each month from 10:30am to 12:30pm at the Sylvan Way Location(Heninger Room) unless otherwise noted.
Registration: Advance registration is required as space is limited. Please register in advance by calling 360-475-9172 or visit the Genealogy Center at Sylvan Way to sign up in person. Advance registration will not be accepted via e-mail.
