The society has two small subordinate organizations, as provided in bylaws and standing rules. They are comprised of members of the Puget Sound Genealogical Society. They are the Belfair Chapter and the South Kitsap Genealogy Chapter.
These chapters meet to discuss genealogical interests, using member or guest speakers, view webinars, and take field trips to places of genealogical interest, including libraries, archives, museums, and other similar places.
